SUBSTANCE: the invention provides for delivery of multimedia services to users of mobile telecommunication systems. A system includes a user device connected via Internet to a data sharing server of service provider, a mobile telecommunication operator network. The data sharing server of service provider is connected via data transfer network to servers that deliver multimedia services, in addition, the data sharing server of service provider is connected to an automated billing subsystem to settle of accounting between the service provider and user that is connected to a payment system via a secured communication channel.
EFFECT: provision of users of mobile telephone devices with access to multimedia services via centralised server of service provider.
