FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to public services networks. Proposed network renders multiple services to party calling the network via communication system of transport facility. This network incorporates automatic routing of calls and access to one or several data bases with different user's services. Said data bases comprise data bases of interests and routing drivers not limited by the schedules. System administration manager interacting with the network can identify the calls proceeding from vehicle ID number (VIN-number) associated with the call and store records on every call including recognition VIN-number.
EFFECT: higher traffic safety.
