TEAT CUP Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, machine milking equipment.

SUBSTANCE: teat cup has elongated case with two openings in its lower part, and milk discharge branch pipe inserted into one of said openings provided centrally of teat cup bottom. Vacuum interrupting hose is positioned in other opening provided in lower side part of teat cup. Case is shaped as truncated three-sided pyramid with rounded side faces and is manufactured from material with increased friction coefficient of its outer surface which has high resistance to corrosive medium of animal house and to disinfecting solutions. Vacuum interrupting hose is fixed in opening maximally remote from center, in teat cup case bottom by means of flanges at its end. Teat cup of such construction allows cow discarding as to suitability for machine milking to be reduced by 10-15%, milking time to be decreased by 5-7% and technical care time to be reduced by 5-10%.

EFFECT: improved blood circulation process in udder teats, comfortable working conditions for operator and improved milk quality.
