FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting porous titanium nickelide structures under skin. Umbilical trunk cells are cultivated thereon in the amount of 50 mcl per each implanted porous structure with cell content equal to 2 million of umbilical trunk cells per one porous titanium nickelide structure. One porous titanium nickelide structure is implanted per 7-10 kg of body mass. Implantation is carried out in particular case once in 5-6 months to clinical recovery.
EFFECT: stopped gangrene progress; retained maximum length and functional state of supporting lower extremity; prolonged patient survival period.
