FIELD: oil refining industry; primary refining of oil (gas condensate) and cleaning petroleum products from contaminants and water.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes preheater and fraction separator connected with condenser and interconnected by means of pipe lines provided with shut-off fittings. Fraction separator consists of three evaporators connected in series where three stages of separation of oil raw material are performed at separation of three fractions: gasoline fraction, kerosene-ligroin fraction and solar fraction; plant is also provided with three condensers forming three stages. Evaporators and condensers are made in form of single-pass tubular heat exchangers; upper part of inter-tube space of each evaporator is connected with upper part of inter-tube space of one of condensers by means of ducts inclined towards condenser for drainage of respective fraction. These ducts are rectangular in shape. Electrical heaters are used as preheaters and heaters of evaporators. To avoid arising of pressure in tubular part of evaporators, upper part of each evaporator is connected with inter-tube space by means of bypass pipe.
EFFECT: ease in operation; fire and explosion safety; enhanced ecological safety.
