FIELD: gas scrubbing apparatus; apparatus for conducting hydromechanical, chemical and heat-exchange processes in gas-liquid systems; chemical, food-processing and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed centrifugal bubbling apparatus has upper cover, chamber with upper and lower end plates and inner shell in form of inverted perforated cone located in chamber. Liquid supply pipe is oriented inside shell and is provided with plate for delivery and drainage of liquid which is located in lower end plate of chamber at spaced relation to its inner surface. Chamber is additionally provided with partition in form of plate located between cylindrical housing of chamber and shell made in form of volute from point of conjugation of tangential gas supply branch pipe with cylindrical housing of chamber connecting upper and lower end plates. Besides that, upper and lower end plates are provided with holes. Proposed apparatus makes it possible to form smooth structure of gas-and-liquid layer inside shell made in form of inverted perforated cone.
EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance; simplified construction.
