FIELD: production of solid-lubricant materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to solid-lubricant compounds and may be used for building and regeneration of abrasive resistant friction surfaces of various assemblies and gears. The invention presents: the compound made in the form of a mixture of natural minerals, that contains (in mass %): a kaolinite - 0.5-10, revdinskite - 1-10, fluorite - 1-2, melange serpentine - the rest. The compound may additionally include epilam in amount of 1.0-20 mass % of the compound. The technical result is a decrease of a friction factor, provision of a wearability and regeneration of friction surfaces at low-level expenditures.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease of a friction factor, provision of a wearability and regeneration of friction surfaces at low-level expenditures.
