FIELD: mechanical engineering; prolongation of overhaul periods for mechanisms, machines and equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lubricating compound contains the following components, mass-%: ground mixture of minerals, 1.0-3.5; surfactant, 6-12; the remainder being binder. Used as surfactant is mixture of 0.5-% aqueous solution of disodium salt of sulfo-succinic acid and 0.1-% aqueous solution of lauryl sulfate taken at ratio of 1:1. Ground mixture of minerals includes, mass-%: diorite, 10-15; gabbro, 15-25; the remainder being serpentine. Proposed lubricating compound reduces intensity of wear by 2.4-5.1 times and friction coefficient by 2-5.5 times.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
