FIELD: beverage and food yeast industry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dome-shaped recovery cupola, heat-exchanging cooling device inclined toward condensate discharge end above recovery cupola and equipped with forced air circulation system, supply and discharge pipelines, condensate receiving branch pipes, and container for condensate. Heat-exchanging cooling device is composed of two sections, namely, receiving accumulating section and tiered separating section including three pipes of different length, with exit end of said pipes being disposed in discharge pipeline. Condensate receiving branch pipes are mounted inside discharge pipeline to provide for receiving of condensate from each of pipes of the separating tiered section.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and ecologically safe operation of apparatus.
