SUBSTANCE: system structure is organized in the form of k - 1 interconnected switches, where k is number of isolated shipboard rooms accommodating integrated communication centers, each being connected to all other centers through fiber-optic communication line; each integrated communication center has series-connected microprocessor, voice map, base radio station modem unit, modem and voice map control unit, N control units for current-limiting circuit breakers, N subscriber module control units, N "E1" junction boards, and data storages.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, enhanced reliability and survivability of system.
