FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, ship telephone networks, data transmission networks. SUBSTANCE: goal of invention is achieved by introduced commutation centers which are connected by means of fiber-optical networks and serves as hubs for commutators, boards, assemblies of cabin and compartment loudspeakers, relaying units and user line units for telephone sets. Commutation center has N receiving-transmitting and user units, which are connected to main and redundant control buses, information and control buses. Commutators and boards have microcontroller which is connected to commutation unit, receiving-transmitting unit, indicator and control circuit, which is connected to keyboard and voltage converter, which is connected to microphone and final amplifier, which output is connected to loudspeaker and microphone. Output of commutator is connected to different commutation centers. Receiving-transmitting unit is connected to B2 bus. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, decreased range of devices, decreased length of cable network lines. 3 dwg
