SUBSTANCE: ship-borne digital public address system relates to radio engineering and specifically to equipment for transmitting analogue and digital information, and can be used in communication on ships and other mobile and fixed objects. Each user equipment of the system has firmware and configuration data, wherein the design of the system is fully distributed, and each connection is duplicated on a conversation recording server, for which certified equipment and software are used.

EFFECT: simplification of the system and high reliability and durability thereof owing to that connections are established in the system by IP switching.
