FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, loading equipment with cutting tools for cutting of silage and hay into portions.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame with horizontal forks and U-shaped frame with double frontal and side knives fixed thereon. Knives are driven by hydraulic cylinder through three-armed and two-armed levers mounted on immovable pins of bearing plates of frame. Levers are provided with tips composed of profiled and cylindrical parts. Profiled part of each tip may be inserted into slot of related profile for displacement along slot. Cylindrical parts of tips are located within bracket seats of knives cutting members. Upon displacement, head of hydraulic cylinder stem withdraws lever tips arranged in bracket seats. Cutting members are movable in opposite directions.
EFFECT: simplified destruction of agricultural materials and enhanced reliability in operation.
