SUBSTANCE: device consists of the frame with the horizontal fork and the U-shape frame driven by two hydro cylinders. The nibs of a fork are located inside plugs and can be moved lengthwise with change of their working length when switching from block forage extraction to cutting the rolls and backward. The U-shape frame is fixed on the vertical supports and has frontal and side walls equipped with cutting elements. A gripping tool is fixed pivotally on the frame to prevent the roll from falling apart.
