FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should fix a dura mater flap of human fetal cranial arch onto a transplant out of flat bone of human fetal cranial arch due to laser welding in impulse mode by contact technique along the whole diameter of osseous transplant at output power being 8 W. Transplant should be fixed with dura mater being towards the antrum to osseous walls of frontal and maxillary antra due to laser welding with distal part of light guide's edge of semi-conductor laser by contact technique at output power of laser radiation being 8 W in constant mode. The innovation suggested enables to provide tight fixation of the transplant and its better adaptation into composition of callosity developed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
