FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of seats, particularly, to seat vibration damping devices. Proposed drive's seat contains base, skeleton with cushion and backrest interconnected by guide arrangement in form of upper and lower pair of straps arranged in parallel relative to each other whose ends are hinge-secured, respectively, on upper and lower brackets of base and seat skeleton, and shock absorbing device made in form of suspension with damper arranged between base and upper pair of straps and suspension rate adjuster consisting of lower support flange of suspension elastic element hinge-secured on base and made in form of cylindrical screw spring and upper thrust flange hinge-coupled with slider made on antifriction material interacting with upper pair of rigidly interconnected straps and provided with relatively perpendicular intersecting holes, some of which are made plain and engage with cylindrical adjustable supports of upper thrust flange, and others, being threaded, engage with adjusting screw. Elastic element of suspension is made composite, consisting of three series-connected flexible elastic elements, one of which is cylindrical screw spring located in middle part of elastic element, with elastic elements made of elastomer arranged from bottom and top. One of them is fitted in cup of lower support flange hinge-coupled with base, and the other, in cup of upper thrust flange hinge-coupled with suspension rate adjuster. Damper is made in form of upper and lower sleeves arranged coaxially and secured, respectively, on lower support and upper thrust flanges. Insert made of friction material is rigidly secured on surface of one of sleeves, being arranged in clearance between sleeves.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation owing to provision of equality in frequencies in elastic suspension of seat, simplified design of damper owing to its combining with elastic suspension and rendering dry friction.
