FIELD: food industry; a method and a device for cleanout of water-alcohol solutions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for use in the food- industry at cleanout of water-alcohol solutions on liqueur-vodka distilleries. A cleared liqueur-alcohol solution in turn is fed from one adsorption column to other adsorption column and back. Columns contain an adsorbent capable to absorb from a cleared solution volatile impurities. Before feeding OF the solution the columns are filled with a gas capable to absorb from the adsorbent impurities absorbed by it from the cleared solution volatile impurities. At each operation of filling-up the columns with the solution the adsorbent absorbs from the solution a part of the containing there volatile impurities. Simultaneously with feeding of the cleared water-alcohol solution into one of the adsorption columns realize forcing out from it the gas polluted at a contact of the volatile impurities with the adsorbent of the column and conduct feeding of the purified gas into another column being freed from the solution. Regeneration of the gas is carried out in the adsorber. The invention allows to improve quality of the finished product due to increased effectiveness of removal of volatile impurities from the solution, to increase a service life of the adsorbent between operations of its regeneration, to decrease the number of regenerations.
EFFECT: the invention ensures improved quality of the finished product, increased effectiveness of volatile impurities removal from the solution, increased a service life of the adsorbent between operations of its regeneration, a decreased number of regenerations.
