FIELD: UHF technologies.
SUBSTANCE: device has disengaging valves, modulator, first UHF signal amplification cascade, made, for example, on a running wave lamp, second UHF signal amplification cascade, made on an amplitron, pulse transformer, while running wave lamp and amplitron anodes, and also first output of secondary winding of pulse transformer are connected to common bus, running wave cathode is connected to amplitron cathode through synchronization resistor, in parallel to primary winding of pulse transformer a peak detector is engaged, consisting of capacitor, diode and resistor, enabled in parallel with diode. One of capacitor plates is connected to cathode of amplitron, and another plate is connected to diode cathode, anode of which is connected to common bus. In parallel to synchronization resistor another capacitor is connected. Amplitron cathode is connected through an additional resistor to second output of secondary winding of pulse transformer.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
