FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: filtering unit for vacuum cleaner has primary filter for filtering of finely-dispersed dust contained in air, from which relatively large-sized dust particles are separated by cyclone process, filter carcass with primary filter attached to its outer peripheral surface and with plurality of vent holes provided on its outer periphery, and secondary filter disposed in filter carcass and adapted for filtering of small-sized dust particles contained in air passed through primary filter.
EFFECT: simplified removal of dust and garbage accumulated in filter and provision for constant employment of primary filter.
