FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should develop a tubular autotransplant in 2 stages: at first one should cut a flap in left part of greater omentum and cover the tube with caproic netting, then it should be rolled up into omentum; at the second stage the tube should be removed, one end of autotransplant should be anastomosed with gastric lumen, then one should apply another end of autotransplant upon vascular pedicle into pleural cavity through esophageal foramen to anastomose it with proximal esophageal part. The innovation suggested enables to save patient's large intestine.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
