FIELD: medicine, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine, surgery. For esophagogastroplasty, an anastomosis is formed on the neck by a isoperistaltic gastric stem. During stomach mobilization a strand of the greater omentum on the leg formed by gastrocolic ligament vessels is kept. An isoperistaltic gastric tube transplant with a strand of omentum is conducted to the neck along the bed of the removed esophagus. The rear transplant wall is sutured with two stitches to the prespinal fascia over which the strand of omentum is laid and turned to the entrance of the posterior mediastinum. The strand of omentum is placed between the trachea and the right transplant semicircle.
EFFECT: invention reduces the risk of complications, mediastinal streaks due to wound anastomosis plugging by the strand of omentum.
