FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for application of abdominal coloesophagoanastomosis in esophagoplasty in children with esophageal atresia. Double esophagostomy with bringing out abdominal segment of esophagus onto anterior abdominal wall in form of esophagostoma is carried out in newborn babies at the first stage. At the second stage said abdominal segment of esophagus, brought out on anterior abdominal wall, is used for creation of anastomosis with distal part of large intestine transplant, with sewing esophagus into lateral wall of large intestine transplant.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to use abdominal segment of esophagus, formed after elimination of esophagostoma, for application of anastomosis.
