FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has longitudinal member designed as tubular shell and anterior fixing member embracing the penis along the pericoronary sulcus. The fixing member is manufactured as flexible tubular tip which diameter is less than that of tubular shell. The flexible tubular tip is turnable backward with its inside out and placed outside on the tubular shell.
EFFECT: reliable fixation on faded (completely non-erected) penis.
