FIELD: equipment for filtration of suspensions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for filtration of suspensions. The filter press contains many filtrating plates mounted in parallel with a capability of their motion in respect to each other, which in a position of filtration may be compressed in a package, in which between each two filtrating plates there is a filtering chamber with at least the minimum, one filtering fabric. Adjacent filtrating plates in a position of dumping may be separated from each other by the distance necessary for dumping - for separation of the filtered sediment stuck to the filter fabric. Each filtering chamber is equipped, as a minimum, with one filling element used for feeding of suspension into the filtering chamber. The filling element is located on a nozzle, which is outside the surface of the plate and is fixed inside the thickening bead passing around of the filtrating plates. In the position of filtration the filling elements form a channel for feeding of the suspension, which is passing through the whole package of the filtrating plates, and with a seal are clamped between the adjacent plates. The offered filter-press ensures the high degree of the seals, and productivity of filtration does not depend on feeding.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the high degree of the seals and productivity of filtration not depending on feeding of the suspension.
