FIELD: filters.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtering equipment for separation of suspensions, in particular, to filtration plate for filter press. Filter plate for filter press is made in the form of rectangular housing with recesses on both sides, which form during assembly vertical chambers for suspension, filtrate and mechanical extraction of filtered precipitate. On the first side of the plate there is a flute along the perimeter of the surface of the recess for attachment of filtering fabric and flutes for securing the membrane on the second side remote from the first side. Plate is provided at corners of one vertical side through feedthrough holes for supply of suspension, and at corners of opposite vertical side – through feedthrough holes for discharge of filtrate. Each of holes is connected to chambers for suspension and filtrate by internal channels. Ratio of diameters of through feedthrough holes for supply of suspension into chamber and internal channels is in range from 0.2 to 0.6. Ratio of diameters of through holes for discharge of filtrate and internal channels makes 1.2–3.5. Upper hole for supply of suspension into the chamber is designed so that its upper edge is located above the upper edge of the recess on the first side. Recess in upper part of plate on first side is equipped with open gently inclined channel for airing chamber, located above groove for attachment of filtering fabric and connected to one end with upper edge of connection of recess with surface of plate, and at other end – with upper edge of through passage hole for suspension supply. Upper edge of open gently inclined channel is also conjugated with upper edges at connection points, open gently inclined channel is made at lifting angle of not less than 3 and not more than 5 degrees towards hole for suspension supply. On the second side of the plate in the edge area there is a groove for placement of the sealant.

EFFECT: technical result consists in excluding air chamber for suspension and high efficiency of filter press.
