SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moistening gas suction or delivery systems for internal combustion engine. Proposed system contains surface of hydrophilic diaphragm, reservoir for water made nondetachably with surface of hydrophonic diaphragm, and casing adapted for regulation of area of surface of hydrophilic diaphragm pointed either to water reservoir or to gas suction system. Engine contains moistening air suction or delivery system including surface of hydrophilic diaphragm, reservoir for water nondetachably connected with surface of hydrophilic diaphragm, and casing adapted for regulation of area of hydrophilic diaphragm pointed either to water reservoir, or to air suction system. Fuel element with proton exchange diaphragm contains moistening gas suction or delivery system with proton exchange diaphragm surface. Moistening gas suction or delivery system contains intake hole for air, reservoir for water, surface of hydrophilic diaphragm with no pores which separates water reservoir from intake hole, and casing adapted for regulation suction of delivery of moistening gas including air intake hole, reservoir for water, surface of hydrophilic diaphragm which has no pores and separates reservoir for water from intake hole, and casing adapted for regulation of area of surface of hydrophilic diaphragm. Motorized vehicle is powered by such engine.

EFFECT: simplified system, reduced cost of system, increased efficiency of engine.
