FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a hybrid proton-conducting membrane comprising the synthesis of polyaniline in a proton exchange membrane in an external electric field at a current density of 40-100 A/m2 saturation of the membrane with anilinium ions from 0.01-0.001 M solution of aniline against the background 0.005 M solution of sulfuric acid for 15-180 minutes. Then, the polymerization of aniline in the membrane is carried out at a current density of 40-100 A/m2 under the action of a polymerization initiator 0.01 M solution of ferric (III) chloride in the background 0.005 M solution of sulfuric acid for 60-180 minutes. The method is characterized in that the resulting membrane is placed between solutions of 0.0025-0.005 M hexachloroplatinic acid and 0.025-0.05 M sodium borohydride on a background 0.5 M sodium hydroxide, with stirring of solutions, for 60-90 minutes.
EFFECT: development of a method for producing a hybrid proton exchange membrane, the use of which in the low-temperature hydrogen-air and oxygen-hydrogen fuel cell increases the efficiency of its operation.
