FIELD: agriculture, in particular, processing of vegetating plants.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing plant at flowering or fruit setting period to light pulse flux generated by means of spark dischargers uniformly arranged in space at distance of 0.5 m from plants, with light flux intensity from one spark discharger constituting 20 kW. Frequency of exposures is 2-8 pulses per one process cycle, periodicity is 5-9 days.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method owing to the possibility of using method under any weather conditions at any day time.
