FIELD: logging industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves researching forest management materials, diagrams of arrangement of clearances of line construction protection zones (of air power supply lines, pipeline conveyance systems, communication lines, etc), forest stand estimation characteristics; according to problems connected with forest logging and performance of forest restoration works, working out diagrams for management of main skid roads and orienting said roads in the direction of clearances of line construction protection zones; planning laying of haulage roads along clearance edges; providing development of formed forest stock plots in accordance with designed diagram; periodically, in particular 2-3 times a summer season, clearing haulage road surfaces and shoulders of said roads from undergrowth by means of blade machine or grader and maintaining said surfaces in mineralized state.

EFFECT: reduced forest cutting area, provision for keeping ecological component thereof to thereby form fireproofing discontinuities.
