FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting mucous membrane of the anterior uterus wall. Vaults are cut off. Cardinal ligaments are transected and attached to the anterior uterus wall. Excessive mucous membrane portions of anterior uterus wall are dissected. Vagina vaults are circularly attached to the uterus cervix above the marked uterus cervix amputation level. The uterus cervix is amputated. Amputated uterus cervix wound surface is coagulated.
EFFECT: retained vaginal portion of the uterus cervix; improved conditions for carrying out state monitoring in future.
