FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Semioval flap is cut out to circular cut of vaginal wall of uterus neck. Uterus neck is dissected into two lips: anterior and posterior. Length of uterus neck is left 3-3.5 cm. Anterior uterus neck lip is amputated. Uninterrupted suture is applied on both edges of separated vaginal wall, to the border between lower and middle thirds. Free ends of thread are passed through mouth of cervical canal and edges of separated vaginal wall. Ends of thread are tied to each other, bending edges of vaginal wall inside cervical canal. Posterior lip of uterus neck is amputated. Uninterrupted suture is applied on the edge of vaginal wall, separated from posterior surface of uterus neck. Ends of suture thread are passed through external mouth of cervical canal and vaginal wall. Thread ends are tied to each other, bending edge of vaginal wall inside cervical canal. Integrity of vagina is restored.
EFFECT: method ensures patency of cervical canal after operation, eliminates deformities of uterus neck in surgical treatment of uterus neck elongation.
