FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has optical and supporting parts manufactured from polymer material obtained on basis of polymerizing binary composition in which the composition ingresients portion is not less than 90% having i) one or more low molecular weight olygomers taken from oligourethane acrylate of general formula , where R1=[-(CH2)4-O-]n; [-CH(CH3)-CH2-O-]n; [-CH2-CH2-O-]n with n=10-80; M is the polyalkyleneglycole monoacrylate: CH2=C(R3)-C(O)-[O-CH(R2)-CH2-]m m=1-10; R2=H; CH3; R3= H; CH3 and ii) one or more acrylic(methacrylic) acid derivatives taken from monoacrylate group of general formula H2C-C(R4)-C(O)-O-[-R6-]-R5, where R5=OH; CH3 R6=[-(CH2)4-O-]q; [-CH(CH3)-CH2-O-]q; [-CH2-CH2-O-]q [-CH2]q where q=1-10. After having exposed the composition to ultraviolet radiation action, flexible polymer material is produced with transmission coefficient being equal to 95% in wavelength band of 380-900 nm and refraction coefficient not less than 1.48.
EFFECT: no washing required for the eye lens; no residual monomers being found with ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy applied.
