FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: into a casting form consisting of the upper and the lower halves one should pour in liquid photo-hardening material for manufacturing elastic lenticulus to be irradiated with ultraviolet. Then one should remove non-hardened material followed by annealing and place a lenticulus into isopropyl alcohol followed by drying up. Before applying the upper and the lower halves of the form one should place light-nontransparent iris being symmetrical against optic axis of quartz form being a disk of 9.0-10.0 mm diameter, at foramen of 3.0-4.5 mm in the center, with five supporting elements at edges located in directions of 5-pointed star beams at the tops of 11.0-13.5 mm manufactured due to photo-polymerization of liquid light-sensitive material including benzyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid, dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone, ditretbutyl orthoquinone, oligourethan methacrylate, pigment at certain ratios. The innovation enables to obtain lenticulus of increased fixation reliability.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
