FIELD: mechanical engineering; application of dispersed powder polymeric coatings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed feeder is made in form of cup turned upside down and equipped with gas-powder channel in axial part of cup and intake channel for bubbling gas. Cup is provided with bushing in lower part in side walls of which nozzles are made to deliver gas to powder in form of through channels-grooves arranged over conical generatrix relative to axis of bushing, larger base of cone being arranged in lower part of bushing. Bushing is installed to form small cylindrical ring clearance between inner surface of its wall and outer surface of central gas-powder channel.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of fluidization and taking-in gas-powder mixture from entire volume of container, increased cent of taking-in of remnants f powder, reduced losses of expensive powder, improved convenience in operation.
