FIELD: mining of minerals by dredging method; concentration of minerals; exploitation of placer deposits by dredging method.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes accumulating reservoir for reception of crushed gold ore which is mounted at the end of tail trough; pulp is fed from it under pressure to aerator unit. During transportation of pulp to aerator unit, it is saturated with reagents and is partially aerated; from aerator unit pulp is unloaded by gravity to dredge pit where floatation process is carried out. Foam product is removed from surface of dredge pit by means of foam chute wherefrom foam concentrate is positively transferred to floatation concentrate tank. Depending on quality of foam product, floatation concentrate is finished-off to required condition directly at dredge or is directed to iron-and-steel works for subsequent concentration.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of extraction of valuable component taking into account all classes of size.
