FIELD: methods of production of a of refractory composite materials using a metallic or intermetallic negative mould armored with ceramic particles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to methods of production of a of refractory composite materials using a metallic or intermetallic negative mould armored with ceramic particles, for example, for details of a hot tract of the gas turbine engines (GTE). The technical result of the invention is a development of a method of production of the composite material containing an aluminide negative mould and a ceramic reinforcer with the uniform dense texture, provision of safety of realization of an exothermic reaction and a capability to control the process. The offered method of production of the composite material containing an aluminide negative mould and a ceramic reinforcer includes preparation of an initial billet out of a mixture of powders of aluminum and at least one ceramic oxide by mechanical doping of the mixture of powders, then the initial billet position in a container. Heating of the container with the initial billet up to the temperature of initiation of an exothermic reaction conduct by its bottom part dipping in a melt of a metal, and a crystallization is realized by further dipping of the container with the initial billet in the melt of the metal with a speed equal to the speed of spreading of the front of the exothermic reaction. The mechanical doping is conduct in the ball milling-mixing installations at the power consumption of 0.02-2 kkW/l within 0.5-30 hours.
EFFECT: the invention ensures development of a method of production of the composite material containing an aluminide negative mould and a ceramic reinforcer with the uniform dense texture, provision of safety of realization of an exothermic reaction and a capability to control the reaction.
