SUBSTANCE: proposed converter contains stationary part with device to let in explosive or detonating material, combustion chamber with edge of hole, movable part with and second end parts to close the hole, and body connected with movable part and made for free vibration in longitudinal direction. Second end part of movable part is made for engagement with edge of hole, accompanied by locking of combustion chamber and moving off from hole edge owing to detonation of material and accompanied by opening of combustion chamber.
