SUBSTANCE: device has heating chamber with width and height, at least one heating element, mounted in heating chamber, conveyor having width and height and passing along heating chamber; source of compressed air, multiple air ducts, mounted in heating chamber and being in connection with compressed air source, while each air duct has length and is positioned in parallel to conveyor length, and multiple nozzles, mounted on each air duct and connected to air duct, for mixing and directing to conveyor of connection of compressed air and furnace air for convection heating of glass sheet on conveyor, while multiple nozzles on each pair duct is positioned with spacing along air duct length. Invention comprises nozzle, injector and method for heating glass sheets.
EFFECT: higher speed of operation, higher efficiency.
