SUBSTANCE: blocks for setting modes are connected to control block and to inputs of key elements, common output of which is connected to one of inputs of measuring circuit, other input of which is connected to output of additional mode-setting block, and output - through logical coincidence circuits to counting inputs of counters, by other inputs - connected to control block, outputs of counters are connected to registering elements, inputs of coincidence circuits are connected to distributor inputs and to controlling inputs of appropriate key elements.
