FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has main unit for connection to external power supply and at least one adapter. Each adapter is unique for particular model of mobile phone and functions to connect the latter of this particular model to main unit. Connection of mobile phone through adapter to main unit enables transfer of information signal corresponding to current and voltage required for charging battery of mobile phone of particular model from adapter to main unit in optimal condition, whereupon main unit generates mentioned current and voltage which are conveyed over power buses through adapter to mobile phone. Proposed device can be likewise used for charging other battery-powered apparatuses.
EFFECT: facilitated maintenance of device, enhanced service life of battery.
