FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technical means for presowing treatment of seeds of cereal, leguminous, grain fodder, oil-bearing, vegetable, cucurbitaceous, medicinal, fodder and other crops.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mixing chamber, charging vessel, discharge vessel, suction branch pipe, and delivery pipeline. Apparatus is equipped with two-chamber vessel. Tubular electric heaters are mounted in one of said chambers. This chamber is hydraulically connected through delivery pipeline to mixing chamber. Other chamber is pneumatically connected with compressed air source and is hydraulically connected with suction branch pipe of mixing chamber. Both chambers of vessel are communicating with one another through pipeline and locking fittings. Discharge screw accommodated in rotary chute and rotor equipped with curved blades are axially mounted in mixing chamber. Blades are arranged at equal angular distance from one another on rotor hub.
