FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for treating of various farm crop seeds.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has waste hopper, horizontal chamber made in the form of hollow cylinder and equipped with transportation mechanism mounted within its cavity, said chamber being connected to gas source and furnished with charging and discharge holes, and reservoir adapted for storage of liquid agent and communicating with said chamber, said reservoir having tubular electric heaters located above its bottom part. Drive for said chamber is made in the form of pair of rings located on cylinder outer peripheral surface and two pairs of supporting rollers arranged in pairs in mutually spaced apart relation along chamber, one of said pairs being kinematically connected with electromechanical drive. Transportation mechanism located within said chamber has blades positioned at an angle to generatrix of inner peripheral surface of hollow cylinder. Reservoir for liquid agent is communicating with said chamber through quick-detachable coupling and is hydraulically communicated through valves and pipelines with gear pump and waste hopper. Gas source is formed as low-pressure receiver and vacuum pump communicating with the latter through valve and pipeline. Receiver is communicating with chamber cavity through valve, flexible hose and quick-detachable coupling.

EFFECT: provision for keeping sowing qualities of seeds during sowing under adverse weather conditions.
