FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, presowing treatment of seeds of cereals, leguminous, groats, grain fodder, vegetable, fodder, industrial, grass, medicinal plant and flower crops.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel with charging opening and cover, branch pipes for connection to compressed air source, and mechanism for feeding seeds into vessel. Apparatus has compressor with compressed air receiver, tank with liquid agent heaters, liquid agent purifying filter, liquid agent collecting reservoir, hoppers for treated and non-treated seeds, mechanism for discharging of treated seeds from vessel into hopper for treated seeds. Screw-type conveyors are mounted in cavity of seed mixing vessel. Screw-type conveyors are equipped with individual drives and are arranged at different inclination angles. Vessel with treated seed discharge mechanism is provided with throat wherein valve and slide gate are mounted. Pressure controlling gauge and safety valve are mounted on vessel cover. Vessel cavity is hydraulically communicating with tank for heating of liquid agent and with filter for purifying of liquid agent. Said tank is connected through pneumatic pipes and valves with vessel and liquid agent collecting reservoir.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in presowing treatment of seeds, provision for increased resistance of seeds to diseases and increased yield.
