FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, mechanized milking equipment.
SUBSTANCE: milking unit has milk claw consisting of three chambers. First and second chambers are equipped with vacuum restricting devices, each comprising two diametrically opposite teat cups. Milk claw control chambers are connected with full-wave pulsator via branch pipes through conical valves comprising projections, apertures and valves closed with spring-loaded springs equipped with adjusting nuts. Milk discharge branch pipe is coaxially arranged in control chamber of second chamber of milk claw. Teat cups are formed single-chamber and are provided with pneumatic valves having variable vacuum chamber connected to pulsator branch pipe and working chamber connected to teat cup chamber arranged under teat. Variable vacuum chamber is separated from working chamber by flexible membrane. Working chamber accommodates valve connected through stem with flexible membrane. Milking unit of such construction allows milk productivity to be increased by 3-4%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and increased milk yield.
