FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of agriculture. Proposed milking unit comprises double-wave pulsator 13, milking sleeves (1, 2, 3, 4), nozzles (11 and 12), distributor 10 and header 9. Milking sleeves (1, 2, 3, 4) are equipped with pneumatic valves (14, 15, 16, 17) in the form of the following components separated by flexible membrane - control chamber connected to distributor 10, and working chamber connected to milk nozzle (5, 6, 7, 8). Working chamber of pneumatic valve is arranged with calibrated hole, closing valve, which is spring-loaded and joined by means of stem to centre of flexible membrane. Header 9 is arranged in the form of four working chambers (27 and 28), four additional chambers (31 and 32), four control chambers (33 and 34), four milk-receiving chambers (29 and 30). Milk-receiving chambers (29 and 30) are equipped with impellers (50 and 51) with vanes (52 and 53), needle valves (56 and 57) and sliding bearings (54 and 55), made in the form of helical double-threaded surface, arranged with the possibility of vertical displacement. Needle valves (56 and 57) are arranged in the form of upper (58 and 59) and lower (60 and 61) cones. Upper cones (58 and 59) are installed in holes (66 and 67), communicating working chambers with atmosphere, and lower ones are installed in holes (62 and 63), arranged in bottom of working chambers (27 and 28), communicating working chambers (27 and 28) with milk-receiving chambers (29 and 30). Additional chambers (31 and 32) are separated from control chambers (33 and 34) by flexible membrane (37 and 38). Control chambers (33 and 34) are communicated with working chambers (27 and 28) by calibrated channels (43 and 44). Milk draining channel 45 is arranged coaxially to milk drain chamber 26 and is communicated with working (27 and 28) and additional chambers (31 and 32) by holes.
EFFECT: invention provides for reduced prevalence of mastitis of cows due to variation of vacuummetre mode of milking for each nipple of udder separately.
