METHOD FOR DETECTING FUNCTIONAL STATE OF HEMOSTATIC SYSTEM IN PATIENTS OF ELDERLY AND SENILE AGE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, hematology.

SUBSTANCE: in patients of elderly and senile age one should measure hemostatic parameters: APTT, ART, thrombin time, C-protein, thrombocytic aggregation, AT-III and XII a-dependent fibrinolysis. Then for every group of hemostatic parameters: coagulation, anticoagulation and thrombin link and fibrinolytic sub-system to calculate weighed mean value of hemostasis XBi by the following formula: XBi = ∑pi * Xj/∑pi, where pi = a/δ2j, a - constant multiplier being equal to 0.1; δ2j = ±(δ2i - δ20)/X20, where δi, δ0 and X0 - control table values for each hemostatic parameter mentioned in table, and Xj = Xi - X0/X0, where Xi - the values for patient's hemostatic parameters, X0- control table values for each hemostatic parameter mentioned in the table and according to the obtained XBi value one should evaluate the tendency of patient's hemostatic alterations. The innovation enables to improve diagnostics of hemostatic functional state and its separate links.
