FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing puncture in-puncture out with the help of a needle and ligature at the side of the first edge of aponeurotic wound being 15 mm against the edge from the top downwards towards the second edge of aponeurotic wound to perform punctures in-punctures out from the top downwards being 5 mm against the wound's edge and from the top upwards being 15 mm against the wound's edge. Then one should tighten ligatures' ends from the first and the second wound edges by developing doubled layer to obtain a knot. Then at the side of the knot appeared one should perform additional puncture in-puncture out with a needle with uninterrupted ligature being 5 mm against the wound's edge through muscular-aponeurotic layer by capturing peritoneum towards wound's another side. Similar manipulations should be carried out along the whole length of the wound and due to tightening the edges of aponeurotic wound with the help of ligature one should form duplicature at uninterrupted suture. The method enables to prevent wound complications and possible relapses and increase cicatricial strength.
EFFECT: shortened terms of operation conducted.
