FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for sewing of aponeurosis. Sutures are applied in form of chain, oriented by course of collagen fibres. In similar way sutures are applied on opposite flap of aponeurosis. Ends of ligatures are tied from opposite sides. Interrupted sutures are applied on aponeurosis edges.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of suture failure.
