SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely operative surgery. Peritoneal layer-by-layer filling of the peritoneum is performed by the first suture from its lower edge with a continuous suture up to the upper angle of the wound with the transition to the muscles towards the pubis. Second suture is closed from the left angle on the aponeurosis of the laparotomy wound, by approaching the edges of the aponeurosis, with creating a duplication of the aponeurosis not less than 0.5–1.0 cm. Edge of the upper, elongated aponeurosis flap is pierced from top to bottom, thereby on the lower aponeurosis flap stitch is formed perpendicular to wound course. Continuous suture of the duplication of the aponeurosis is formed through the entire wound with an absorbable material.

EFFECT: method enables reducing intraoperative injuries and stitching time, preventing postoperative complications in the form of tissue ischemia, reducing the length of treatment and improving the cosmetic result.
