FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used to remove concrement from the bile ducts in patients after a previous cholecystectomy and drainage of choledochous duct by Kehr. Through the previously installed Kehr drainage perform cholangiography. Under the X-ray control, a hydrophilic conductor is inserted into the lumen of the bile ducts along the Kehr drainage channel. Using an angiographic catheter with a CMR tip, the hydrophilic conductor is guided into the lumen of the duodenum. Replace the hydrophilic conductor with a ultrahard conductor. Angiographic catheter is removed. Previously installed Kehr drainage is used as an introducer. Carry out lithotripsy of concrements by a mechanical lithotriptor. Perform balloon cholangioplasty. Balloon is removed and the Dormia basket is installed along the Kehr drainage channel to lower the concrement into the lumen of the duodenum. After the control cholangiography, the Kehr drainage is removed.
EFFECT: method allows you to reduce injury rate, human effort and duration.
